My husband and I used to enjoy this restaurant. The past three times we have ordered from them they have messed up our order. The second time, they forgot completely to make one of our pizzas and we had to wait for it when we picked our order up. This last time, my husband called and placed an order for pizzas and a cheesesteak sub. He brings the order home and I go to eat my sub only to find out that the meat is nothing but cooked crumbled up bacon! I checked the order ticket and they had it listed as a cheeseburger sub with bacon. There was no cheeseburger on the sub either. The next day, since I work very near the restaurant, I called them and made a complaint. The nice young lady on the phone told me she would have the owner call me back. He called and proceeded to argue with me, stating that my husband ordered a bacon sub. He said that he even read the order back to my husband and he said it was right. I tried to tell him that my husband said yes, he did read the order back and when he did so it was right. Obviously, if he would have told my husband that he ordered a bacon sub, he would have corrected it, since that is not what we wanted. I asked the owner what we could do about this mess-up, and he proceeded to blow me off and tell me that we ordered a bacon sub. I again explained to him, that no, we did not. He then responded, and I quote, "I'm not sitting here and arguing with you, I will give you a cheesesteak sub". I thanked him. This restaurant will NEVER get my business again. I am not a believer of "The customer is always right", but I also don't think that the customer should be argued with when they have a legitimate complaint. Obviously if I had really ordered a bacon sub I would have eaten it, and not offered to bring the sub back in for him to see (to which he responded "what do I want with the sub? Why would I want that?"). Incredibly rude. They have lost a regular customer, and I will tell everyone I know about the shoddy treatment I received. I understand that people make mistakes, and I would have continued ordering from them if he would have just politely apologized for the mix-up and rectified it, but treating people like he did is completely uncalled for.
