I discovered this charming Italian market during a holiday meal preparation, and their wedding soup, chicken piccata, and eggplant parmigiana were all fantastic. The catering was impressively packed, and everything I've tried, from their meat lasagna to the fish on Fridays, has been delicious. I often stop by for their homemade pizzelles and the friendly service makes each visit a pleasure.

The food is very good, however the employees aren't very nice any more. Been going there for quite a while. I was told to put my mask up over my nose, but yet the employees in the back come out without one on at all. I'm not a fan of wearing the mask, but do it out of respect for the company procedures. Ever since Covid came along, they have changed. Will still go cause of the food. But not happy.

Honestly, the food is excellent. However, every employee, except for 2, are very very rude.
No matter what you spend or what question you ask, you are answered in a curt and rude manner.
Try asking for a receipt when you pay for an order a day early and are picking it up the next day! You are scolded for asking. When we placed a large catering order over the phone and we asked at the end what the total is? The reply was " I can't add this up now, can't you?" Really, I would say that a $200 order is a nice size order and they should be glad to get the business.
Unfortunately, we will continue to deal there because the food is good. However, we found that there are a few others now that have excellent food. Fazio's in Arnold, has a new owner. He is GREAT!. Great personality and very pleasant as well as his workers. Shame on Costa's!
