Ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich from Dominos in Lower Burrell, Pa. It was burned so badly that the cheese and bun were hard a a rock. Never again!

Horrible service hour late. Lied on phone about leaving and spoke in horrible jamaican accent fake accent. Wrong sauce

I ordered pizza at 330 pm. It's now 715pm no pizza. Called the store 3x. Each time it's on it's way it's not here in store. I'm going over to the store when I leave work. I want my money back. Manager wouldn't get on phone at all the second time. They said we are so busy. I have never ordered from any pizza place where after 4 hours I still dont have pizza.

I buy from domino's all the time. Well my last order was burnt and never cut the pizza. I called back and the manager on duty said she would replace my whole order. Then i called to get my replacement and the owner said he was not going to replace it and pretty much called me a liar. Then when my boyfriend picked it up the owner was still asking how it was burnt. Never again especially when it says on the box their guarantee making your food right.. They just lost a loyal customer.
