I placed an order, they accepted money for the order and a 20% tip. I was served excuses and 1/3 of the order. I asked for a refund and again received excuses. They refunded the difference in cash but kept the 20%tip. Pitiful

My family and I checked out a new restaurant last night, recommended by a friend who had their wedding catered there. The food had that classic Italian taste my folks have been craving. The molten lava cake was a hit. The servers, Jenna and Brianna, were friendly and offered great recommendations. The atmosphere was cozy, the portions were generous, and the bill was surprisingly affordable. We'll definitely be returning.

i love your food here but yesterday ordered 2 steak sandwiches one no onion and sauce on the side for both both had onions and got sauce also ordered wings with ranch dressing got no dressing, i love your food but was dissappointed,

Papa Als pizza is good pie. Good people good service ..the dinners are good value for money..

I used to always order my pizzas from this place but it seems they don't care about their customers. In a span of two weeks my wife called to order a pizza they gave her a number and said ready in twenty minutes , so she goes to pick up the pizza and it just was put in the oven. The next time she ordered they gave her a number and said ready in twenty minutes well she went to pick up the pizza and they said they didn't have her order. Well Papa Als I think you just lost a good customer. There are other pizza shops around.

I'm beyond disappointed with the food, ordered a antipasto salad it contained lettuce,cheese, ham and salami rolled up in maybe 4 pinwheels. No pickles, onions, black olives. I called and expressed my dislike they delivered me another salad the only difference between this one then the first was now it had green peppers, shouldn't even have wasted my time to call in and complain. Place can't even get a salad right.
