While traveling through Pennsylvania, I made a stop in Bedford for the night. Seeking local charm, I discovered a restaurant on the outskirts of town with a spacious parking lot and dining area that seemed unusually quiet for a Thursday night between Christmas and New Years. Despite the quiet atmosphere, the service was impeccable, and the well-stocked salad bar and delicious homemade lasagna made for a satisfying meal. The presence of a chef in the kitchen indicated a level of professionalism that was evident in the quality of the food, leaving me curious to experience the restaurant during busier times.
