The food was absolutely delectable, and the service was exceptional. While the menu leaned towards the pricier side, the quality of the dishes made it well worth the cost. The cozy and inviting atmosphere added to the overall dining experience, making it a place I would gladly return to for another meal.

Recently dined at the Kettle. Very disappointed. Service was mediocre, broiled haddock came to the table in a round chafing dish instead of a sizzling platter. As fish cooks, it gives off water. Therfore my fish was sitting in this watery liquid. Very unappetizing. Described with homemade tartar sauce. I had to ask for that or I would have never gotten it and had to ask for water. Unacceptable. The whole experience was mediocre and the price was definitely not mediocre. This same meal can be found at local diners for half the price and a much better meal. This restaurant certainly disappoints compared to what it once was.

Very disappointing first time experiencing getting food from here they are supposed to be known for their prime rib. I ordered a medium rare and got a well done prime rib ordered baked potato as one of my sides I didn't receive it this was a takeout order that I called 2 hours in advance but when I got to the restaurant for pickup I had to wait in additional 30 minutes. messaged the owner of my dissatisfaction but there was no apology given I guess they make enough money that they're not concerned of their customers who are not satisfied.

Very disappointed. Short staffed & stressed out waitress. Extremely long wait times for drinks & food. Portions are small for what the charge. Even the bathroom was dirty & had no toilet paper. Just horrible service. Never again. We were there to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary & it wasn't the best expericence. If you do decide to go make sure you ask to sit UP FRONT because if you don't they will seat you in the bar area which offers no privacy & is extremely outdated.
