I went there to order some lunch on the go, and asked for a whole roast beef sub. My husband and I prefer different "toppings" on our subs; mine is simple with only onions, lettuce and mayo while his is everything with peppers on the side. They refused to charge me for the whole sub price because I cannot eat tomatoes and oil, so we had to pay for 2 halves. Their reasoning: "Because it is just too hard for the person, who is standing right next to the person taking the order, to get everything right. It is just too confusing." Seriously? Needless to say, I will never return there for anything.
