I took my family out for ice cream today. My wife told the girl attending the three different flavors scoops of hard ice cream she desired. The girl proceeded to give my wife ice cream were not the flavors my wife repeated to her 4 times. When my wife told her this is not the flavors i asked for the girl said that one of the flavors my wife asked for was not hard ice cream. At no moments did the girl mention that before serving the ice cream. She insisted that we still had to pay for ice cream which was not what my wife ordered or desired. I ended up being charged for it anyways. This is what you call horrible customer service.

I have Parkinsons so for those whom don't know about this disease..we suffer from tremors, weakness, shaking and when i asked lady behind counter today for more napkins, she sighed and only handed me one napkin. I again asked for more . She told me there are about 3 wrapped around the cone already. The napkins are cheap, so for three napkins it equals in my eyes as one. I don't understand why this place has to be so stingy on the napkins. Plus i don't want to have to go through the whole spiel of my suffering from Parkinson's and have to explain why I need more napkins in front of other customers. Customer service there needs to have more compassion and not sigh or wonder why people request things nor give an attitude.
I will never go back there but if I should you can be sure I will be holding my ipod to record any problems again and post it to youtube.

Has good selection of ice cream and other desserts. To bad it is the only choice at the lake since you have to deal with the rude servers behind the counter. Service gets worse as the season goes on. I have seen them be rude to seniors for taking too long to decide as well as younger families. Hopefully the owner will see this and straighten up their act. Rita's is right down the street but not real ice cream
