While the food is good the whole ordering and pick up experience is horrible. It is so chaotic and inefficient yet if they spent just a small amount of time setting up a better pickup process I would order from them weekly. Instead you are told it's a 20 minute wait, you go in at 30 minutes knowing it will be late and then you wait another 15 minutes with every other disgruntled buyer. When you go in they will not make eye contact with you, they won't offer to take your order so you can only order on the phone. Your whole communication with them in the store is to shake your head when a phone number is screamed out in the air. Why do people continue to come here - it's cheaper than other Chinese food in the area.

Constantly increasing the prices over time. I noticed they charged me a pot as they always do, and since i never check from the menu and the prices are up i always think that is normal. I decided to check the
Prices and compare them with the online menu, luckily they gave me the receit and i kept it, the prices were more from the online menu- every single item. So, i was wondering why? Not happy about that! If they have increase in prices or menu change, they are responsible of letting customers know or match the online price menu. But, obvoisly its not matching! Be careful, watch out!

Love the food we are locals recommended by family. Don't like the non acceptance of when called out on errors. Block you. Its about management accepting responsibility. Patrons continuing to go. The customer knows your product. Mistakes happen. As did. Ego denounces patrons voice. despite that disallows rate changes over ego. Not ours. Btw you corrected error on last order for 3. Got order for 2. So appreciated your understanding. Its not a war its let us! Boost you! Good management vs ring called out for fact.
