Best homemade sauerkraut in the area. My father made homemade sauerkraut for years and the sauerkraut from Flook's is of the same quality and flavor that my father made. I was fortunate to have found this meat market.

I give them 2 stars, because when I moved here over 20 years ago, Williamsport rejected the thought of eat oxtails.This was the only "meat market" that had oxtails. But, since nobody had been buying them and they were always frozen, who knows how long they'd been there. I never heard of a meat locker...when I asked about large quantities of meats, they told me they had to order them. I waited two weeks for a case of chicken. It's a nice husband and wife establishment, but not a place to get fresh, bulk meats.

Love the home style service and great choices they offer. I have enjoyed their peppers from Saudi Arabia to Somalia to Fairbanks Alaska. I hope the recipe is passed Auntie Flook.

I've bought a lot of steaks from here for about 30 years and never had a problem.
If they don't have it in display cases, they get it for me out of the meat locker. They've always cut my fillets however think I want them!
