The chicken tortellini Alfredo at Gallo's is one of my all-time favorite meals, and the atmosphere, along with the delicious dipping oil, makes it even better. The staff provided outstanding service, and when I had a mix-up with a soup delivery for my mom, they went above and beyond to fix it, truly exemplifying their commitment to excellent customer care.

i would just like your God awful establishment for ruining my and my daughter's mother's day. we came for the mother's day buffet and were more than dissappointed by the food, food quantity and quality. the staff were completely unprofessional and downright rude and obnoxious. i have never eaten at a place that was so overpriced and had absolutely no class whatsoever. we will definately be letting everyone we come in contact know that this place is completely unnacceptable. the owner and the staff should be ashamed to have this place open. my family deserves an apology.

Very nice place. They have a new menu with some great new appetizers and salads. Had the Smelts and a West Coast Chicken salad. Unbelievable!!!

They were rated Best of the Best so we thought we would check it out. Our first time here and it was a memorable experience. Food, ambiance, hospitality 5 stars all the way. A little slow getting our food but it was understandable since they just had a couple of big tables seated before us and there was a wedding or some sort of party going on. We will be back and will bring friends with us the next time.

Why don't you have a menu online like most other restaurants so I can decide ahead of time what I will order?
I think you are not giving good service to potential customers in this respect!!!
I am disappointed already and I have never been to your restaurant yet.

Attended a wedding reception there for one of my friends. They had over 200 guests. The food was very good, hot and plentiful.The place is very clean and well kept. The staff was on top of their game.
