Genova's in Spring Grove catered our 50th anniversary party and working with Kelly was a pleasure from start to finish. The food was abundant and scrumptious, with fresh salads, bread, and delectable fried appetizers. The service was impeccable, making our celebration run smoothly and leaving us eager to return for more delicious meals in the future.

We have lived around here for years and have tried numerous times to give them a chance. They are constantly messing up carry out orders and when they do they blame the customer or say they 'ASSUMED' otherwise, never offering a refund or replacement of the messed up item on the order. This has happened time and again. The last time I called to state they messed up our order (on multiple things) they stated that 'I can go elsewhere and that losing one customer won't kill them'. I will add that each time, I was very polite and was met in an extrememly defensive way, placing blame on me (I am very clear when ordering, for instance..a large salad, is a large salad...not a large 'grilled chicken' salad whether a large salad is on the menu or not no assumptions should ever be made by order takers)...not the way to run a business and no we will not go back.
