Daughter and I went to the new 'B Street Subs' for dinner. We placed our order; 1 Cheesesteak w/provolone and plain, and 1 chop steak, w/provolone and mayo. I said "only mayo'. How does my order come out .... with sauce on it. The lady brings it to the table and I inform her, I did not want sauce on it - mayo only. She goes back to talk to who I will refer to as Miss Non customer friendly and comes back and says "she says, you will have to pay for another sub".

I immediately, go up to the counter and tell them that we have placed our last order at this place and proceeded leaving. Miss Non Customer friendly says I didn't tell the lady no sauce, so what do I expect? For them to not charge me for it? Apparently, the lady that took the order, did not convey the truth about my order (mayo only) and Miss Non Customer Friendly wanted to argue with the long-term customer about it.

So, there you go .... Thats the customer service you can expect, from the new B Street subs in Hanover, PA on Baltimore Street. Funny, I stopped by there this past Monday for a quick dinner and met the new owner - chatted for a brief moment and he asked how often we come there.

Well, NO more orders in or out from there. I hope the new owner can make some real personnel changes there. If they continue this approach to pissing off customers, they will lose them in droves. Miss Non Customer Friendly needs to go. We have been going there for about 10 years. No more.
