I was at Good Wil's on Tuesday night and ordered the special veal parm and spaghetti to go. I as very dissatisfied. 1

I am complaining cause the veal was burnt and so hard to chew. I am not satisfied at all. For the price l only got a little spaghetti.

Ordered broasted chicken-no problem waiting 30 minutes but the chicken legs on both platters had feathers sticking out and tasted like the cooking oil was old.

got hair in food.waitress grabbed my hand to take hair from me.told me to pay for food anyway.meat was burnt. refused to wait on me next visit. rude comments made to me. management did nothing about it.
