During my visit to State College, I stayed at Atkins and discovered a restaurant with authentic Chinese cuisine. The braised Pomfret was impressive, and even the simple vegetable complemented the rice well. Consistently good meals make this establishment my go-to for Chinese food in the area, and the quick delivery service enhances the overall experience.
