Wow, I've been to this Chinese restaurant over 200 times - that's a lot of lo mein! The food here is consistently delicious and always ready on time, making it my favorite lunch spot in Philly. With a variety of vegan options, generous portions, and friendly service, Happy Garden has won me over as my new go-to Chinese food place.
