If you go drive-threw, make sure you check your order! No qualms against the food, but incompetent workers they hire, forget 1/2 your order. Then you call, complain, etc.... Who wants to back track to get the sides they didn't pack? Poor management in the Mansfield KFC. Never had a problem in any other . This is a big problem with this store. We live in Mansfield, but prefer KFC service elsewhere. At least we get everything we pay for. Yes, our fault for not checking order

What a change with the new management! Lobby is Clean. Staff are friendly and helpful ! Pot pies are so filling ! Worth the wait for good chicken !

Terrible food wasn't cooked right, old, soggy, and the crunch could break a tooth. Waiting almost 10 minutes in line when I was the only one waiting. Would not recommend this place. Plus the workers were messing around.
