Had a great experience at Lums on Mother's Day, with delicious baby back ribs and New England clam chowder, excellent service from waitress Tara, a phenomenal 8oz Lobster tail, and consistently good steak, making it my go-to place for seafood whenever I'm in the area.

First time there was tonight always wanted to try it but our waitress took forever to service us and when she did she forgot our drinks and rolls .And then get our food and the shrimp and scallops we're definitely over deep fried I cook for a living and they definitely were and had to wait like 20 to 25 minutes to find our waitress to tell her she didn't check on us ever im sorry to leave this review but I do this for a living and then to pay waited for like 20 minutes and finally got up and went to find someone sorry but to keep a good business you need to let your customers know there appreciated.

Service was very good, I really have only one major problem and that is with the vegetables, please use fresh!!!

My family has been celebrating special occasions at Lum's for years. We always received excellent meals and service. Our last experience was beyond horrible. Overcooked lobster, burned scallops & fries, Alaskan king crab legs shredded so bad the meat looked like it came out of a can, crème brulee the consistency of soup. $14.99 for 3 chicken fingers & fries. We made a reservation and weren't greeted at the door, we had to sit ourselves. There was only one server for the entire restaurant. I emailed management twice to speak about our experience being that we're loyal customers and never received a response, not even a phone call. Its a shame, we really enjoyed this restaurant and always try to give Mom and Pop places our business first. I hope things turn around but I'll assume management doesn't care because they don't even have the common courtesy to respond back.
