Slow service always wrong on the orders never been to a McDonald's before where you're in the drive-through for 20 minutes waiting to put your order in and get food every time we go there

On Monday, Nov. 11, 2019, I stopped to get a vanilla milkshake and I was told the machine was being
cleaned at 7:20 p.m. I asked what time they closed and she said "midnight". I said; you're cleaning the
machine NOW and you close at midnight?
I asked; is your manager there? " He's standing right here". The manager said," the machine heats up and we have to turn it off and clean it." " The machine will be ready tomorrow" I was very disappointed and upset. I had my taste buds ready for a vanilla milkshake. In disgust, I just drove away.
I was wondering how many people buy milkshakes on an average day ???? I've read lots of other complaints about this McDonald's and their service. Not glowing at all.

I visited the newly remodeled phillipsburg store yesterday and what a disappointment that was. After a very long wait to order in a cluster of a one register open line we finally got to order. The clerk was not knowledgeable at all about the menu and food combo pricing. Our wait for the bring to table food service was long for "fast" food. Upon getting our food I noticed the paper on the tray was wet, I thought it was nothing more than water from washing the tray. I couldn't have been more wrong. After finishing our food I proceeded to empty the tray into the trash and that is when I discovered that the wetness under my tray liner was pancake syrup and a used knife from another customer. The tray had never been cleaned. HOW DOES THIS GET MISSED. What kind of people do they have working there. Had I noticed this mess before I ate my food I would have dumped it on the counter and demanded my money back. I will never return to this store. They should have put their money into better employees over remodeling the store.
