The service at Mom Chaffe's was excellent, with hot, crispy, and delicious Coconut shrimp appetizer and fresh salads. The Special chicken-spinach-mozzarella meatballs with pasta were wonderful, and the coconut cake was great. The ambiance, service diligence, and food quality made for a wonderful experience that will bring me back for a third visit.

We're so fortunate to have this wonderful restaurant, a great menu with daily specials, with service that is always impeccable & it's right around the corner. Our number one go-to establishment for any and all occasions.

Our third anniversary at Mom Chaffe's. I volunteer for a local Greyhound rescue and one of our members, Doug W. has taken us to Mom's for 3 years and every time has been perfect! We went for our 3rd time last night. Our server, Ian, was wonderful, He took my "abuse" and I suggested he'd have to put my picture on a wall so they wouldn't let me in again. He's very professional and very friendly. There were 5 of us. I told him this was our 3rd visit and that we are always pleased. He asked if we were from a company and when I told him about the Greyhound rescue, he thanked me for rescuing dogs. (I'm saying "me" because I was the only one there at that moment.) I had the antipasto and fried 'shrooms. The antipasto was almost as good as ones I've had in NY and Italy. Cheese, anchovies, assorted olives, prosciutto, hot and sweet peppers, greens... It was huge! My friends had seafood lasagna, veal, spaghetti, salads. I wanted a bourbon and water, no ice. Ian double checked that it was with no ice. He asked what bourbon, and he mentioned Knob Creek as the first one. I said yes. I swear!!! There was no water in it. Tasted like pure bourbon. Yummy! The good stuff! We were all happy with the food, the ambiance, and Ian. It's not a big place, small and dark, but not unpleasant. I'm sorry I don't remember the names of our previous servers, but they were a credit to Mom's, too. We'll see you for our 4th dinner the end of this year.
