I will give this restaurant four stars as the food is always good, but the owner is always rude. I hate calling them for delivery as every time I call, I seem to get the owner who, in my opinion, shouldn't be dealing with the customers at all as he's always extremely arrogant and rude. The girls (his children) are much better with people than he is. They should let them take care of the customer service as they have those skills and he doesn't.

Napoli should not say they have old forge style pizza. All it is is NY style pie crust shaped square. It's a flat crust not raised or crisp.not even the right cheese.not impressed
