Recently moved to Easton from SoCal and have been on the lookout for good Chinese food, which has been hard to come by in Palmer. Discovered Number One Chinese Take Out through a menu delivery and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of their dishes. The Singapore chow mei fun, broccoli with spicy garlic sauce, chicken with broccoli, and Szechuan shrimp were all delicious with generous portions and a lovely balance of flavors. Manager Ken is friendly and the delivery service is efficient, making it a convenient option for a satisfying Chinese meal in Easton, PA.

will not order again...thought I was getting a gen tso's combo dinner, got a pint of gen tso's...sweet and sour pork was nothing but overfried chucks of dough...told them I wanted fried rice, got white..the wonton and egg drop soups were ok, egg drop kinda salty...called to complain but they wouldn't fix...gave the driver a 25% tip too!!!! stay away !!!
