Went to the downtown location for the first time. Much nicer updated decor and cleaner then mill hall, but same lousy service. Walked in and the older gentleman making pizza didn't even say hello, but looked right at us. Egg plant parm was disgusting and the roll was hard as a rock. I was on the toilet all night.a friend had the Stromboli he said it was ok, not the best but ok and overpriced! Another friend had pizza and said it sucked but the French fries were good.

Their food tastes very processed. Almost like a frozen dinner you buy at the supermarket. Terrible service always. Everyone complains about this, but they don't try to improve it. Their pizza is hit or miss. Sometimes it's great! 😃Other times it's terrible😞Sauce is much too sweet and the rolls are too hard and densed. Sorry, guys!!

The pizza was so bad we threw it out and went to LC for 8 bucks we got a terrific pizza. Shame on you OIP letting a chain pizza place make better pizza then yours. You better step up your game before the new pizza place from NY opens down the road

Obviously people who think this pizza is good has never been out of mill hall. Worst pizza they have these young kids making it and don't train them right so you end up with thick crust and soggy middle. You can't even hold the slice up, that should tell you right there
