service was slow, food was served cold, charged 20% gratuity for table of 5. not happy.

Just came back from the hotel. Not the first time we had crappy service there but my god. we asked twice for extra napkins with our wings and finally got them right before our bill showed up while my wife's napkin was in shreds. Once the game started you wouldn't see someone out front for at least 15 minutes at a time. No one once asked how our meal was. We love the food but the service has sucked for years and is only getting worse with each new hire. Did anyone ever heard of WORKING for a living, it's not a place just hang out with your friends while getting paid for it.
