We are from Chambersburg and frequent Panera often. Our Panera is awesome! Last week we ate at this Panera, and it was great. Tonight, we stopped again to eat there. The soup was delicious. However, the tables, the drink fountain area, and the bathrooms were dirty. They were out of light roast coffee, dark roast coffee, and regular unsweetened ice tea. The workers told us they would get the drinks. They provided the light roast coffee, and that was it. I again requested the dark roast coffee and the ice tea. They told me they might be able to make the coffee and they were out of tea. Supposedly, the tea was on its way, but they didn't know when it would arrive. They could brew coffee, but we were almost finished with our meal. I was frustrated because we he to ask twice. When I went back to sit down, the cashier rolled her eyes. Panera has a good reputation and this experience will make me hesitate before returning.
