I grew up in Norristown before relocating to Georgia three decades ago. A recent visit brought me back for a somber occasion, prompting a search for familiar flavors like zeps and cheesesteaks. Disappointed by the old haunts, I was pleasantly surprised by the recommendation of Papa Guidos, where the zeps, cheesesteaks, and antipasto were truly delicious. The food, though exceptional, made me wish for quicker service amidst a somewhat chaotic environment.
