Went in and cooks weren't wearing masks during Covid-19 pandemic

Terrible, horrible, slow, service. Unfortunately, we really enjoy the taste of Papa Johns pizza and sauces, so, believe it or not, we have adjusted our ordering time to about an hour and 1/2 before we think we'll be hungry because that is how long they take to deliver. I have no idea who is running that place, but I'm not sure how they are still in business. Here it is, 9:40pm on Wednesday evening, and I am still waiting for my pizza that I ordered at 7:00pm!!! Every time they are so late, and they forget something (I typically order the cheese sauce - NEVER get it). So I get this silly little attempt to ask for forgiveness in the mail...a free coupon. So, now, I must be insane, because I try OVER and OVER again to give them another chance, because I like their product...but this is it. Papa John, whoever is running your store in Aliquippa PA (which serves my town of Hopewell PA), please reconsider your hiring decision and get some quality, efficient, customer service oriented employees so that the people that live in the zip code of 15001 can enjoy your business.

PS - they just arrived...NO CHEESE SAUCE
