During my business trip in Johnstown, I discovered Pappy's, which brought back fond memories of my childhood in central Pennsylvania. The spacious restaurant offered delicious food, excellent service, and a fun atmosphere for families, making it a memorable dining experience.

Take out is terrible too money hungry Extra money for everything. Got Stromboli and I have never Never heard of it without Any sauce not even on the Inside Terrible! All Dough Worst we have ever Had and Bad service to boot.

The food is always great, but the last time I was in, I noticed how many of the waitress stall had their hair tied up in the back but then flopping all over their head. It was rather a bit upsetting to think of how much hair was being tossed around and how much ended up on someones food. Maybe they should wear nets or hats to keep their hair contained on their head. There were two staff that did have their hair very nicely done up on their head. Thank you

Amazing calzones/strombolis! The sandwiches are okay, but I'd recommend getting a pizza or stromboli instead. There's a large window looking into the kitchen so that you can watch them toss the dough. The waitresses are friendly, but they've been known to complain loudly among themselves about not wanting to be there. Very reasonably priced.
