i have ordered cheesesteaks with fried onions several times twice there was no fried onions the second time i ordered two and neither one had them so i called and the maneger got on the phone and said next time one will be free i called on 5/2 and told the girl one should be free and she got the maneger and he gets on the phone and says what do you want me to do i told him i was told one would be free he said its not in the computor with my number he aint giving one free i told him forrget it ill never cone back margrittas is way better and they dont get it wrong and there very nice and not ruid

We ate at Pats in Oxford on August 27, 2012. It is overpriced and the food is terrible. We ordered a dinner of ravioli in Alfredo sauce with chicken. The chicken looked to be a pile of left over chicken that was rubbery and chewy laying on top of ravioli that were not too bad swimming in a puddle of white sauce. The sauce was so watered down I guess in an attempt to make it go further. Our table also ordered onion rings which came topped with someones hair. We also ordered a cheese steak which the cheese was undetected along with the steak. They should call it a roll with some steak. I have never had such a lousy meal in my life. The server did bring a new order of onion rings which we put in boxes along with the so called Alfredo and disposed of when we left. The only reason we did not pick up and leave was the efficient and polite service we received from our server who had just had a pass made at her from the old man customer before us which he claimed because he was old enough to be her grandfather he could speak to her like that. In retrospect I am sorry I did not say something to this disrespectful and condescending "old grandfather". With all the new restaurants opening up in the area there is no need to go to Pat's and you would think PAT'S would also know that. Shame on you Pat's for your sub par food. But service was great.

The people are rude and short tempered. The service is terrible. There is one man there who acts as if he's doing YOU a favor by taking your money. Do yourself a favor, go ANYWHERE else but here because the food is not that great!
