I haven't been to the bar in a while, but a song I heard today brought back memories of a skilled bartender I once knew in the Pittsburgh area. I think her name might have been Barb, and the song was "I Have Dreamed" by Frank Sinatra. If she's still there, the locals in Washington are fortunate to have her.
