The food was very good. Just enough to order desert . I had the fried chicken dinner . My wife had the Beef dinner. Both had mashed potatoes, which were good . The service was outstanding. This was our first time at Raubs . We definitely will be going back .

We just had dinner here the other day. Both my husband and I ordered the poor man's lobster which was very good. We also had the chili cheese fries appetizer which was excellent and a very nice size portion. Prices were very reasonable and the lady who served us, was very pleasant and helpful as well.

I really like their hamburgers so I ordered seven and I wanted french fries with gravy very hungry for french fries with gravy I get back to Shickshinny no sob gravy what a way to spoil of somebody's meal can you order it and you don't get it well I hope I wasn't charged for it thanks for paying attention to my order

Dawn then came back for our food order.my pregnant friend wanted the Wednesday special with is a cheeseburger-the ONLY modification she made was to add jalapeno and sauteed onions.again the waitress seemed more than annoyed. the food was just-ok- when it came.they serve crinkle fries that you get in a bag at any super market.when we left I left no tip and thats VERY HARD for me to do since im also a waitress and know the struggle but i would NEVER act like that. even if i was annoyed..i would smile to the customer and complain in the back like anyone else would.Good customer service is so IMPORTANT in the food serving and restaurant business.it effects your tip and overall what the restaurant profits.because of that experience it just lost 3 possible LONG TERM customers-along with anyone who reads this post and decides not to go.ALL because 1 person who clearly doesn't belong in the food serving business. if you read this and still decide to go please if you get someone named "Dawn" (if not fired by then) ask for someone else.i wouldn't want anyone to be treated that same as my pregnant friend and I.

The food is always good. Great service in the dinning room. Be hesitant in the bar area when A women Dawn is bartendering. So miserable! Not friendly at all.

fantastic How did I not know about this place?Chicken soup was definitely homemade,the burgers were great,the honey chicken,the fries all really good.I didn't have room for pie but they sounded delicious.Will definitely go back
