My husband and I are regulars at Rick's - the place with a fantastic selection of local draft beers and surprisingly delicious food options without breaking the bank. The staff is friendly, the sports atmosphere is on point, and the arcade games add an extra layer of fun to the experience. It's like a sports bar extravaganza with TVs everywhere, individual volume-controlled booths, and a menu that hits all the right spots for a great time out.

My husband and I and his son and his fiancee' stopped there after going to Ligonier Days. Let me tell you it was the worst service and food we ever had. We waited a long time to order our food, when it came, only two of us got our food and it was cold. My french fries came out 20 minutes after my chicken fingers. The others didn't get their's till 15 minutes after we had ours and one of the meals was only a salad with chicken. We talked to a manager but she couldn't do a thing for us, so we asked to speak to the owner. The owner would not come down from upstairs to talk with us and if we didn't pay the bill, he was going to make the waitress pay the whole thing. It was an awful experience and the food was horrible.

This was a lunch meeting I could have done without. The place was dirty feeling. The first table we sat down at needed the surface refinished. It was tacky feeling and when you scratched it with your finger, it looked like caked on grime flaking off. It was disgusting, so we chose a booth with a better looking table, but the cushions had great big holes ripped in several places.
There were 6 of us at lunch and almost all of the meals were overcooked in some way and everyone felt like garbage for the rest of the afternoon.
I ll never go back and I d recommend other avoid it.
