I ordered 11 large pizzas for an event at a youth detention facility, and the pizza from Rivertown was the best I've had locally, always arriving on time and at a great price. The friendly staff consistently deliver excellent service, making every visit enjoyable, and their diverse menu, including delicious breakfast options, keeps me coming back for more.

The menu is diverse, food is mediocre. Our service was also good. Unfortunately I will never visit this establishment again. Smoking is allowed in the bar which permeates through the whole restaurant. My daughter became sick during lunch from smelling the strong odor of cigarettes. It's a shame management disregards customers well-being and health.

Every time we go there the service is great !! and food is really good, The broasted chicken is the best.

Mediocre at best. Poor quality of food. Salads are half wilted, pizza used to be good but they changed the ingredients and they suck now. Cole slaw is too sweet, I stick with the BLT and soups but at times they can even screw them up.

Food is good but management needs to visit Burning Bridge to see how popular a bar is without smoking. Rivertowne can't seem to keep the door closed between the smoke filled bar and the supposedly nonsmoking restaurant. I have a major sensitivity to cigarette smoke. This is NOT the place to go if you are also sensitive. When you leave the restaurant you probably will smell like you visited the bar.

Always loved your pizzas. But now yuk!!
I always ask thin crust & light sauce. Apparently they don't make their own crust any more! 1/2" or more too thick. Sorry

I took a group of 41 people there for dinner on July 8th. Was the worst service I have ever had for a group. The waitress tried but it was not organized at all. The people could not even eat the meatloaf.
