Best pizza ever! We ordered multiple toppings and they did not disappoint! The toppings were piled on, no cheese showing! Our male server was friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. I took family members who will now be repeat customers. ( visited at lunchtime on 7/13/2023)

I love how saucy Sabatini's pizza is compared to other places in The Valley as I love a lot of sauce on my pizza. I usually receive good service from them. However, whenever I call in an order to pick up, the person that I get on the phone ranges anywhere from 'not good and rushing me on the phone' to 'rude and shouldn't be taking care of customers directly'. I never receive good customer service when calling in an order. I can deal with them being matter-of-fact on the phone, but a lot of the time they really rush as if you're inconveniencing them by calling in, or they're just plain rude. When taking care of customers on the phone or in-person, you should always have people that have good customer service skills so as not to alienate or turn off the people that are spending money in your establishment.

I used to like this place, but my boyfriend and I had such HORRIBLE service yesterday that we are never going back. The waitress was mean and rude and didn't get us the right drinks and didn't even want to fix it. She was seriously the waitress from hell, and it seemed like she didn't want to do her job. It was such a terrible experience that it ruined my day. The pizza wasn't even that good this time. What happened?
