Went for the slow roasted beef and it turns out she just cuts it out of the deli case and claims it slow roasted . Watched her make instant mashed potatoes which were so gross and threw them away after 1 taste of them. Got a 4 cut pizza completely burnt and a large not even cooked completely. Still couldn't get our money back after completing. They just wanted to remake our food which I refused. We will never got food from this place again!! I can't understand why this place is still in business since most of the stuff we order is wrong or cooked wrong. The owner / manager is never available to talk to

Didn't get over half our order. The woman on the phone was very rude and wouldn't listen to what I was saying. The fish tasted old and was instantly thrown away so my kids didn't even eat. The hoagies had gross lettuce, tomatoes and onions on them and our pizza was burnt!!! We call about all this and was told you got what you ordered. Never did get the meals for the grandkids. I will never order from here again!!!!
