My grandson and I enjoy visiting for ice cream and French fries, which are consistently fresh and delicious. Twin Kiss stands out as a favorite spot with its great food and friendly staff. We make it a weekly tradition to order from here, always satisfied with the hot, made-to-order meals.

I have not been to this Twin Kiss since the pandemic began. Today, we decided to stop after a trip to Lancaster and order a bucket of chicken as I remember it as being very good. Well, we were disappointed to say the least. It seems that it was fried in old oil and didn't taste good at all. It is so disappointing since this order cost us over $40.00. It seems that there is no place to get good fried chicken. This was the worst fried chicken that I have had and it will be a long time before we stop at this Twin Kiss again if ever. I hope that their catering service is better but wouldn't try it after this. Sorry that I stopped. My family was also disappointed.

Food was good but apparel of an employee was disgusting. Person serving drinks had pants so low you could see their butt crack. Not proper attire for food industry! DISCUSSED.

On Friday 11/06/2020 we bought 3 of the Deluxe chicken dinners. When we got then home we were very dissatisfied with them. The chicken was so dark that it almost looked as if it were burnt. He chicken was dried out. I called them an explained the way it looked and tasted and the person said that it was just made fresh when I ordered it. I told her maybe it was made fresh but I wasnt satisfied with it. They said can bring it back which I did they gave me another order of the chicken wasn't quiet as dark or dried out but won't go there again. Had bought it there before it was good. This time was terrible and if I could give it a zero rating I would.

Ordered the "special" and was charged the normal price. when questioned the manager said the sign was wrong and sorry. Never going back.

The food was O.K. and the pricing was a little high. Also the prices in the menu were different then what I was charged.When I was picking up my food I noticed that one of the employees was crying and the manager was yelling at him. In my book it doesn't matter how good the food is, If you treat your employees bad then it is a bad restaurant. I will not be going back at all.
