The service at this establishment was truly impressive. The staff, especially the grey-haired waitress, was quick, efficient, and had a great sense of humor. I admired how she effortlessly juggled multiple tasks while still attending to all the customers with a smile. I enjoyed a delicious meal and am looking forward to returning for another enjoyable experience.

We were there last night. We were seated immediately. That was the last courtesy we received. We were completely ignored. At least 4 tables were seated and waited on after us. They were not only greeted by the wait staff but were served drinks and meals. We were invisible. After 20 minutes of absolutely zero contact with any member of the wait staff including the hostess we left. Very dissappointing.

I was very disappointed when my husband and I stopped at the Udder Choice on Saturday morning for breakfast. We had breakfast there many times in the past and were always treated well and received good food. My normal breakfast consisted of 1 blueberry pancake with a bowl of fruit -- delicious. Well this Saturday, our waitress brought me a chocolate chip pancake. When I explained to her that "I think I may have received the wrong pancake". She was so rude. She never apologized or offered to bring me the correct order. I simply said "fine, I'll eat it". After I was half way done, she brings me a blueberry pancake. Now I am 60 years old --- I don't eat chocolate pancakes --- my granddaughters do --- and I don't eat more than 1 pancake as I get full. I didn't even know you offered chocolate chip pancakes. I would not take the blueberry pancake, after I had already eaten a pancake that made me feel ill. When she brought my check, she did not charge me for the cc pancake -- I insisted that she change it as I wanted to pay for what I ate. I do not ever want that waitress to take my order again and I want you to know that I will refuse to have her wait on me. I do not want to be rude like she was to me but I feel that if my husband and I want to go out for a breakfast that we are paying for, I at least want to be treated kindly --- that I will insist on. She made a mistake in what she wrote down for my order, and I can forgive that, what I have a problem with is her attitude towards me when I very kindly mentioned that I think I may have received the wrong order. She was indeed very rude and very wrong and I will not allow her to wait on me again.
