Exploring local spots like Woody's Country House near the Pocono Racetrack can lead to delicious surprises. The burger I had there was one of the best I've ever tasted, served hot and fresh alongside perfectly cooked fries. The extensive menu and attentive service make it a top recommendation for a satisfying meal in the Lake Harmony area.

May I tell you about the experience at Woodys that never happened? Because they told us they couldn't serve us. We called and asked if they were kid friendly. They said yes. We asked if there was a waiting line. They said no. We asked if they could take 19 of us. The lady said, please hold. She came back to the phone and said they can't take us. We said you can split us up. The lady said we still can't take you. Is this the family atmosphere they speak of on their website? Is this the "loving staff" they write about in their "About Us"? Are they actually serious? I highly recommend staying away from a place like this. Who knows, they may send you home.
