The meal was satisfying, with generously sized sandwiches that left us full and content. The attentive service added to the enjoyable experience, making us eager to return in the future.

Worst experience with a restaurant I have ever had. Tried to call Primantis to place an order for delivery. Four times I called I got a busy signal. Tried to order online. Create a 60 dollar order online which states "free delivery" for that level of order. Put all the information in receive the error message "Either you are out of the area or we don't have delivery drivers". I know I'm in the area as I have received delivery before....so guessing they are not staffed properly. Try to switch my online order to pick up. Receive the error message that they are not doing that either. So I try to call again. I finally get through and I'm told they do not do online orders or delivery even though their website states both.
Sounds like this location needs a reboot as the staff when they finally answered the phone seemed rude and unapologetic for the extras steps I went through to try to order from their restaurant and clearly their website is stuck in the pandemic. Ordered from there quite a few times, and now I'm disappointed.....used to be a great place to eat. Now it seems it's run by teenagers with the IQ of a snail. Hopefully corporate steps in and fires a few people to wake them up and bring it back to the standard as it desperately needs it.

The food was poor. The floors were sticky. The kitchen workers yell and swear so loud you can hear. Our server was amazing and said she loves her job so much she drives an hour one way to work. I don't understand why. Happy hour was great until I noticed the lipstick on my glass. Our meal was on the house after a 40 minute wait. The waitress did give us nachos and nice conversation. Just not what we thought it would be.
