I've been going to the Wooden Angel for 30 years. Food is always consistently fantastic, great atmosphere and wait staff. Until my most recent visit where I overheard my waitress complaining about the tip I left before she even knew what the entire tip was. SOOO unprofessional. First of all the chef should get the biggest tip in my opinion and the wait staff minimal bcuz they only bring you the great food that the chef made. I won't be going back any time soon.

The Wooden Angel is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The person with the "one star review" may have never been to a good restaurant...... We've been coming to the Wooden Angel for well over 35 years and have NEVER had a bad meal. Absolutely LOVE the Angel!!

Prime rib was nothing but fat. Asparagus tasted like it was cooked in reused oil. Ginger ale was watered down. Big bucks with big disappointment!
