After searching for the perfect fried chicken in Peoria, Illinois, I finally discovered the Bartonville diner. The comforting old-fashioned atmosphere and friendly service made my dining experience truly enjoyable. Pairing the delicious fried chicken dinner with a slice of carrot cake and ice cream was the cherry on top of a wonderful meal.

The service and waiting staff are always excellent. Usually we get really great meals but today we had fried chicken dinners and we waited for the dinners. The chicken had no seasoning or breading on it and was deep fried in skin only and was dried out😞!

The wait staff are so pleasant. Always noted to be clean. Extra effort is made by the establishment for a really home-cooked style meal. ALWAYS good.
Really nice portions.
Wonderfully FULL menu so you can ALWAYS find something you like.
Recommend it ANYTIME.
