A nice cozy Italian eatery where the Owner greets you like Family, The food all Prepared to your delight.Deserts to die for.

So very disappointed with Zaccone's - probably last time we will go to this restaurant. We had a party of 5 on Saturday night and experienced the worst service ever. We were seated in the back room and basically forgotten! Either myself or my husband had to keep getting up to locate our waiter. Had to ask for water - had to ask for ice - had to ask for utensils - had to ask if we could place our order!!! The food was good but the serving size was so small. I really could not believe that I was sitting in Zaccone's.
It started to get busy and our service literally came to a complete stop. We had a Family member with us who we told how good this restaurant is - we left apologizing for the whole night.

Not going back anytime soon - that's for sure!!!!!

The owners and staff are always friendly.
The restaurant is also accommodating with special needs or requests.
We are lucky to have a restaurant of this quality in NE Philly.

I've been there quite a few times and I was very happy with the service and the food was excellent and cooked to order,the owner himself can and asked how everything was. I would highly recommend that you dine here.

My wife and I went for dinner last night after living around the corner for 16 years. It was the most amazing chicken parm I ever had. 5 stars is not enough. We will be back.
