Quig's at Plays & Players is a quirky, members-only bar on the third floor with friendly bartenders, reasonable prices, and a unique atmosphere that had me thoroughly enjoying my Negronis during intermission, contemplating skipping Act 2 for more drinks, despite the cash-only policy and lingering cigarette smoke.
