My spouse and I collaborated with Colleen to organize our casual "I Do BBQ" pre-wedding feast catered by Chuck's. Colleen was incredibly accommodating and guided us through the menu choices seamlessly. Chris, the skilled chef, impressed our vegan guests with two delectable meatless BBQ options that quickly disappeared! Kudos to Chris and his team for braving the scorching August weather to ensure everyone was well-fed and content. The dishes, ranging from fried okra to mac and cheese to succulent chicken quarters, received rave reviews from all our guests. It was a pleasure working with them during such a memorable occasion, and I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for the Chuck Wagon at nearby breweries. Delicious BBQ that I'm already craving more of!
