Gaetano's offers an extraordinary cheesesteak experience that truly exceeds expectations, especially with their generous portions. The pizza has a distinct flavor that sets it apart from anything else I've tried, making it my favorite in Croydon. The staff has always been welcoming, and while it's takeout only, the convenience and quality of the meals make it well worth a visit.

The food is fantastic"¦they just can't seem to take our order correctly. We order from them all of the time and usually get it delivered.We asked for an chicken steak and they deliver cheese steak. We called to complain again and the manager didn't even come to the phone. The employee who answered and took my order was the manager/owner I complain about my order and manager/owner stated if I did not like it DON'T ORDER FROM THE AGAIN. What kind of business pays little attention to customer service? We have complained twice now and have been made to feel like we're the problem

The food is fantastic...they just can't seem to take our order correctly. We order from them all of the time and usually get it delivered. Every single order has been wrong. I called and complained and the manager was rude and acted like he couldn't be bothered. We ordered again tonight and once again they got our order wrong. We asked for an Italian hoagie, but they gave us an American hoagie. We specifically asked for oil & vinegar because they always forget and today wasn't any different. We called to complain again and the manager didn't even come to the phone. The employee who answered the phone had the nerve to ask if we wanted them to deliver the vinegar and oil. It is frustrating because we really do like the food and would like to continue ordering from them. What kind of business pays little attention to customer service? We have complained twice now and have been made to feel like we're the problem.

We order here all the time and enjoy the taste of their food. However, every order we have made has been wrong! Not once has our order been correct!! And if our order was correct, they would forget something we asked for like oil or vinegar!!
Every time we call to tell them about our order being incorrect, they act like it is our mistake and they seem like they do not care!!
