Met a few friends for lunch yesterday at 12:30. Ordering was a joke since a few of the items that were needed for our orders were not prepped and ready for serving. They even had to wipe trays for us since it wasn't handled. Our trays were drenched but at least they didn't smell like they had in the past like old rag. The staff was not organized and seemed to be a one man band. The kid making the salads was also taking calls from food vendors while he had a line of at least 8 people waiting. Everything was halted so he could speak to the food vendor. Not to mention he was also trying to correct a catering order.... the issue with the catered order... they were out of something, go figure. Where is the manager in all this? Shame, good business losing steam.
