My favorite eating establishment in the Phoenix area! I have eaten at Hayashi's Hibachi in Goodyear, AZ multiple times. The service is top of the line, very courteous staff, chefs with great personality and excellent food!

Worst customer service ever on two separate occasions, first time we went the waitress came over 10 minutes after we were seated to get drinks, then at the end of the meal we left a cash tip, the next day my debit card was charged an extra $10 tip, finally was able to get a hold of the manager two days later and get a refund. We went last night on 6-13-14 took the waiter 15 minutes to come get drink order or even notice us. The bartender was on her cell phone almost the whole time, looked at us a couple of times didn't ask if we needed anything. The waiter brought us water not tea, he didn't even acknowledge our wait time, we ordered an appetizer, the waiter came back didn't ask for a dinner order, we had to wave him down to put in our dinner order 30 minutes later. Finally ate our meal, paid, on the way out told the front desk people good night, have a nice night, they didn't even look up and acknowledge us and there were two employees standing at the counter horrible customer service we will never go back again.

Going there since opened, Mother's Day, 2013 official last day to spend my $ there.
4 out of seven couldnt eat food for bad prep or refusal to accommodate speciall needs as they had done in past; manager was a jerk & prevaricator of whom no one seemed to like. .and the hibachi chef didnt know his arse from a hole-in-the-ground. Absolutely horrible from front desk to manager. .Hundreds of dollars 4 a meal half couldnt eat & mgr said he could care less if we returned, so we won't.
