I love Dark Rye's bread, especially when I'm indulging in carbs. Their cheese-filled pastries and fruit strudels are absolutely delicious. The pretzel sticks are a must-have, great for snacking or pairing with soups and stews. The staff is wonderful, and even though it's a bit pricier, I'm happy to support this local gem.

Amazing bread and pastries! The little grocery store is well stocked. We'll be going there frequently! The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable.

These ladies are the nicest folks.
Great German items in main store from noodles, cookies , German coffee and jams. Then the amazing fresh baked breads n pastries. No preservatives just love added.
Been going here over 15 years and quality is always top notch.

I'm German and have been going here for almost 4 years. This place is my home away from home and got me through this pandemic. The people that run this place provide the best customer service and you can even order ahead of time. The food is always fresh and I love the taste of home. Yes, you will pay more, but remember most of it is imported from Germany. The United States make those folks pay additional import taxes now, so that has to be passed on for a small place like this to survive. Considering the amazing food they offer, I don't mind paying a bit more. This is the only place like this in the Area.

Wow went there bought some bread and it was old and hart . The price is very high , never going back there again
