The coffee was decent, although it was disappointing not to find any 1% or skim milk available. The service from the employee was lacking, possibly due to the busy conference happening at the time. For a superior coffee experience, I'd suggest trying out the north building of the convention center - the baristas are skilled and the wait times are shorter, plus you'll be supporting a local business.
