The ribs and the tri-tip sandwich are both amazing, and I'm honestly torn on which one I like more. The BBQ here is seriously delicious, from the smoked meats to the sides, and if you see their truck around, definitely stop by for a bite!

Who serves dry bbq on chapala bread?? This is an Italian bread not suitable for bbq. Didn't care for this food truck the first time and liked it even less this year. Very disappointed for the quality of food for the price they charged.
